Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The item received does not match the order placed.
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Items returned without original tags or packaging.
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless damaged or defective).
- Gift cards or promotional items.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order number and the reason for the return.
- If applicable, provide images of the damaged or incorrect product.
- Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Return Shipping
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, OBSIDYN may arrange a return pickup or reimburse eligible return shipping charges.
- For other approved returns, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders:
- Refunds will be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or another approved refund method.
- Customers may be required to provide valid bank account or payment details.
Exchange Policy
We may offer exchanges for:
- Wrong size received
- Damaged products
- Incorrect items delivered
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. Our team will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted, and the standard return process will apply.
